Custom Juice Pouches

Our custom juice pouches can be developed for fruit juice, juice drinks, smoothies, fruit purée, juice concentrates, flavored water, energy drinks and children’s beverages. The material structure and spout specification will be selected according to the product’s acidity, viscosity, filling temperature and required shelf life.

The most common option is a stand-up spout pouch because it offers convenient pouring, resealing and strong shelf presentation. We can also manufacture shaped spout pouches, flat pouches with spouts and larger-capacity pouches with handles for food-service or institutional use.

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and design. This MOQ is suitable for new beverage brands, product trials, seasonal launches and small-batch market testing. Larger orders generally provide better unit-cost efficiency.

Yes. We use new food-grade raw materials suitable for direct food and beverage contact. Material and compliance documentation can be provided according to the customer’s destination market, product requirements and purchasing specifications.

Common structures include PET/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE. The appropriate structure depends on the juice formulation, filling method, storage environment and barrier requirements. Nylon-containing structures can provide additional strength and puncture resistance, while metallized or aluminum-foil structures offer stronger light and oxygen protection.

Yes, material structures can be developed for hot-fill applications. However, the final recommendation depends on the actual filling temperature, holding time, cooling process and distribution conditions. Customers should provide their filling parameters so that the pouch film, sealant layer and spout can be evaluated correctly.

We can develop higher-performance structures for products requiring pasteurization or thermal processing. Because processing conditions vary, customers need to provide the sterilization temperature, processing time, pressure and product composition before the material structure is confirmed.

Leak prevention depends on the film structure, heat-seal strength, spout welding quality and cap fit. During development, the pouch dimensions, seal width, filling volume and headspace should be matched to the product. Sample testing is recommended before bulk production, especially for liquid products transported over long distances.

We can customize the spout position, diameter, cap style and color according to the juice viscosity and target consumer. Options may include top-center spouts, corner spouts, standard screw caps and tamper-evident caps. Larger spouts are generally recommended for thicker smoothies or fruit purées.

Yes. We support custom logo printing, fruit graphics, flavor differentiation, nutrition panels, ingredient lists, barcodes, QR codes and batch-code areas. Digital printing is suitable for multiple flavors and shorter production runs, while gravure printing is more cost-effective for larger-volume orders requiring stable color consistency.
