Custom Printed Roll Stock Film

Custom printed rollstock, also called printed roll film, is flexible packaging film supplied in rolls for automatic packing machines. It is commonly used to produce pillow bags, sachets, stick packs, back-seal bags and other machine-made packaging formats. We can customize the film structure, width, thickness, printing design, roll diameter, core size, eye mark and unwind direction based on your packing machine requirements.

Our printed rollstock is suitable for snacks, coffee, powder products, sauces, frozen food, pet food, rice, flour, animal feed and other food or daily-use packaging applications. The MOQ for rollstock is not calculated by pieces. It depends on the film width, thickness, material structure, printing design, roll length and production requirements. Yes. We can recommend the film structure based on your product, shelf life, storage condition and filling method. Your factory profile lists multiple film structures, including PET/PE for general clear barrier use, KPET/PE for higher barrier, PET/Nylon/PE for enhanced moisture barrier and strength, and BOPP/PE for lower barrier uses.

Yes. We offer high-barrier rollstock options for products that need moisture, oxygen, aroma or light protection. Available structures include metalized barrier films such as PET/VMPET/PE and foil barrier films such as PET/AL/PE, PET/AL/Nylon/PE and KPET/AL/PE. These structures are suitable for coffee, powders, sauces, pet food and other products requiring stronger barrier performance.

Yes. For powders or liquids, we can recommend stronger barrier and sealing structures. The factory material guide lists PET/AL/Nylon/PE as a very high barrier structure with enhanced strength, suitable for liquids or powders. For high-performance applications, PET/BOPA/AL/RCPP retort film is also listed as an available option.

Yes. Roll width, film thickness, repeat length, roll diameter and core size can be customized according to your product size and packing machine. For rollstock projects, we recommend confirming the final specification with your machine supplier or sending us your machine requirements before production.

We support digital printing and rotogravure printing. Digital printing is suitable for smaller runs, multi-SKU testing and flexible artwork changes, while rotogravure printing is better for bulk orders that require stable color, high efficiency and lower unit cost at volume. Yes. We can print custom logos, product images, nutrition panels, barcodes, QR codes, icons and full-color brand artwork. For better color accuracy, please provide AI, PDF or PSD artwork files and Pantone or CMYK color references if available.

We support different surface finishes, including glossy, matte, soft touch, metallic effect, spot UV, gold stamping, silver stamping and holographic finish. These options help brands improve shelf display and create a more premium packaging appearance.

Yes. We can recommend freezer-suitable film structures for frozen food applications. Your material guide lists MOPP/VMPET/PE-F as a matte lamination structure for freezer use, and we can also suggest other structures depending on the product, storage temperature and packing machine requirements.

Rollstock is supplied as film rolls and used on automatic packing machines to form, fill and seal bags during production. Premade pouches are already made into finished bags before filling. Rollstock is usually better for high-volume automatic packaging, while premade pouches are often easier for brands without their own packing machines.
